1 General Provisions & Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the bzd33 platform and its user ("Player" or "you"). By accessing the bzd33 website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully and unconditionally accepted the following terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

3 Account Security & Responsibility

Each player is solely responsible for the complete security of their account. The following guidelines must be followed:

• If you believe your account has been compromised, notify our support team immediately.
• The account is for your personal use only — it must not be used by anyone else.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• The depositing account must be registered in the player's own name.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the wagering requirements of all active bonuses have been met.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

bzd33 provides various bonuses and promotional offers for its players. All bonuses have their own terms which must be read carefully before accepting.

Welcome Bonus

• New players will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, ৳10,000 in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

VIP Cashback Program

• Bronze — Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver — Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold — Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
• Platinum — Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

The more active a player is, the faster they can advance to a higher VIP level. If bonus abuse or fraud is proven, all bonuses will be cancelled.

6 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

bzd33 is committed to ensuring a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any form of cheating, manipulation, or software tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access another player's account.
• Systematic fraud to exploit bonuses or promotional offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Any attempt to attack the platform's systems or network.
• Harassing or threatening other players.

If any of the above conduct is detected, bzd33 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and forfeit all funds.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the bzd33 platform — logos, designs, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is the intellectual property of us or our licensors.

• Players may access the platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• No content may be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially.
• Reverse engineering any part of the platform is prohibited.

Legal action may be taken for infringement of intellectual property rights.

8 Limitation of Liability

bzd33 will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault.
• If any loss occurs due to a problem with the player's own device or software.
• For any loss arising from the player's negligence or breach of these terms.
• For delays or errors by a third-party payment provider.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

bzd33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• If fraud or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If a false identity or false information has been provided.
• If there is a possibility of money laundering.
• If the player themselves requests closure of their account.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request to close their account at any time. Active wagering requirements will be settled before the request is processed, and any remaining valid funds will be returned.

10 Privacy & Data Protection
